| Notes | Please ensure you are in Langley Summer kit (white polo shirt) and tracksuit bottoms to travel in. If you have running spikes, please ensure they are 6mm track spikes. Please bring fluids for the day. A school packed lunch will be provided. The weather is due to be sunny and warm so please pack a sun hat and sun cream.
